Administrators can easily import textbook data in bulk using an Excel sheet, making it quick to add or update large amounts of information. The system also includes reporting tools that provide a complete overview of all textbooks available at the school, helping staff track usage, allocation, and inventory. In addition, users can create backup copies of the textbook data to ensure information is safely stored. If needed, a previous backup can be restored, allowing the school to recover data and maintain accurate textbook records
